At Mill Creek Shoes, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help make it right.

📦 1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

Please follow these steps to initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return

  3. Wait for return approval and instructions from our team

  4. Ship the item to the return address provided

Please do not send your item back without contacting us first.

💳 3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You’ll be notified via email of the approval or rejection of your refund

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

🔁 4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please:

  • Return the original item for a refund

  • Place a new order for the desired item

❌ 5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse

📦 6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. wrong item or defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost

  • For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Send photos and a description of the issue

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost
